About Me & My Photography-
The name's Christina.
I'm just a high-school student from Texas who's crazy 'bout photography!

I have taken several classes with a professional photographer and from time-to-time consult with many pro photographers whom I have the pleasure to know. 
I mainly shoot scenery and some macro, and will occasionally do portraits and events for my friends.
I prefer creative, fine art photography as opposed to the more photo-journalistic type, but I do experiment with both.
I hope to minor in photography in college and  do it on the side along with a medical or agricultural career and possibly later on start my own photography business. But for now, this is just my hobby. Behind the lens, no matter the location - thats my happy place.

I don't believe that having the fanciest equipment makes the best pictures. Sure it helps, but the creative mind behind the lens is what really makes the photo. Because the truth is, photography equipment is pretty dang expensive for the average lower-middle class student to be able to obtain.

Meaning behind my url-
I love shoes. I'm a country girl who loves and lives in her boots and stands for the blue-collar country lifestyle. I've also been a ballerina and adore my pointe shoes and have a strong appreciation for beauty. This url perfectly reflects both sides of me!
